Jason Upton is a UKCP registered existential psychotherapist and dance movement therapist with many years’ experience in the fields of trauma, sexual abuse and sexual offending. He is a senior lecturer at Regent’s University and sees clients in private practice. Jason has practised Kum Nye and other Tibetan movement practices for over 17 years. He is also doing a PhD at SOAS which takes a phenomenological perspective on early Tibetan Buddhist practices which involve the body and sense perception.
